Hope all is well. Forward Motion Physical Therapy in Pequannock is turning 2 Years Old and we are celebrating!
The reason I am dropping you a quick note is that we are celebrating our 2nd Birthday with a day of free exams here at Forward Motion PT in Pequannock to thank you all.
Our Free Exam Day is scheduled for Wednesday, September 29th from 8:00am-2:00pm. The Free Exam consists of a 30-minute 1-on-1 visit with any of our Amazing Physical Therapists.
Our goal in the Free Exam is to... 1. Find out the root cause of your pain or problem. 2. Give you a plan for successful treatment.
This is for you if you are: -a past patient. -a current patient with a new issue that is not being treated. -a loved one, co-worker, family, friend, or neighbor of a past or current patient.
There are only 35 spots available and 19 are already spoken for. Last year 39 people signed up for the Free Exam Day so I know it will fill up fast.
The Free Exam is ideal for people suffering with:
