Sadie is a total rockstar at physical therapy! She has torn her ACL not once, but twice, and is still working hard every day to regain her strength and ability. After getting tripped in a lacrosse game, the trainers thought she had a minor sprain, however, MRI results revealed an ACL tear that would only be fixable with surgery. Although this is her second time around with ACL rehab she still faced the dread of missing out on her sports as a senior in highschool. She has been a dedicated patient both in office and at home, going to the gym often to work on skills and exercises on her own and has successfully reached the return to sport phase of her rehab. She is back to running and cutting along with working to improve her muscle control when decelerating. She always maintains a positive and open attitude and we can’t wait to get back on the lacrosse field again soon!
